I found an adaptor.
This is New Amazing Project for all 3dfx fans named "PCI-E x8 to PCI-X @66MHz 3Dfx PROJECT"
With this adaptor, all 3dfx voodoo cards are compatible with all news motherboards.

-Asus Maximus 4 extreme
-Intel sandy bridge 2600k at 3,4 ghz
-PCI-E x8 to PCI-X adaptor (with PCI-E extender cable 8x) + Change
Agp2Pci adaptor + 3dfx Voodoo5 5500 agp
